The Worst Service Ever!!!

I placed an order for a smart device online, I got a call from an agent to verify my information and explained the procedure. Telkom Mobile then debited my account but I received no communication from anyone within the company. I then had to call the contact centre to follow up and the agent told me my application was approved and would receive my order in 7 working days, that was last week. I call today to follow up since I have not heard anything from you guys once again an the agent tells me my order has not been pushed through and that I will have to wait another 7 days to get my order. The service 'm getting from Telkom Mobile is really bad and I regret dealing with you guys. I'll never recommend anyone to trust you nor use you. To think I will be stuck with you for a further 24 months is sickening
