Bad Quality

I bought a pair of ladies capri pants on sat. I wore it on sunday and it tore all the way down the back seam. I have tried to take it to one of the pep stores and they say the cannot help. I mean if I am paying R100 for pants then they should at least last longer than a couple of hours.
