RUDE AND ARROGANT SUPERVISOR

I did my shopping and went to the tills to pay and i was in the queu for about 20min and eventually when i got to the till i was told that the till is off and i was taken to the cigarete counter to make my payment there . as the cashier was scanning my groceries a box of capri -sun juice thats on special was not scanning and i was told that i have to take the tropika because the item i chose was not scanning and i cannot take a free capri -sun i have to take the tropika. I then explained to the cashier what it said in the advert and she still had a big argument with me untill after sometime she decided to call the supervisor who the told me that i cannot buy the juice like that she just threw her hands in the air, stared at me and she just walked away .when i asked to see the manager, the was no manager available in a big store like that .my groceries were voided and i was told to move to the side while i wait for the rude supervisor who was walking around in the front line and not explaining to me anything and later told me to go back to the previous till.i will never go back to that store. THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND THE SUPERIORS ARE RUDE, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR RUDE STAFF.
