VIRGIN USE TO COLLECT THEIR MONEY

MDB INC is the collecting agent/company on behalf of Virgin Active SA. In May I received an SMS stating that I owed money to Virgin and that I should make contact to resolve. After calling in I was advised that I had two accounts which I owed R978.00 * 2 for my and my wife's account. I arranged with MDB that I will be R250 per month for each account, totalling to R500 per month. The agent on the line confirmed that I will only pay over 4 months and that the last payment will be under R250 in September. October comes and MBD debits another R500, after calling in and speaking to Elvis, I was advised that I had to pay for fees. WHICH WERE NOT DISCUSSED WITH ME UPFRONT. And whats more annoying is that the fees for both accounts are different, how is that possible when both had the same amount outstanding. Elvis confirmed with me that as per the sysatem only 4 payments were made on the arrrangement and he apologised for the agent not discussing it with me. He sais he would close the file this afternoon, but I refuse to have any of that as I would like my R500 back as this was not what was agreed upon, you want your fees, take it from the agent who made the arrangment with me.
