14days later i still dont have my deposit

4max properties is unprofessional, i moved out of their property on the 31st of March and had to wait for an agent to pickup the keys and do an exit report in order for me to receive the deposit that i paid when moving in, the agent never pitched, i then called them and they were not answering, i sent an sms and they responded by saying the agent called me and it said my no. doesn't exist., but they have alternative numbers, not sure why they never called those no. i then met the agent on the 2nd of April after i called them, we did the inspection and i was told they'll give me my refund after 7-14days, when i called them on Tues i was told that they are waiting for the owner.

never have i spoken to the owner, never have i deposited money in the owners acc. so don't understand why i am being told about the owner now. and what makes it worse i keep calling them, they don't communicate anything with me. the common courtesy to call an say there's a delay...

i have always paid them on time but we have always received bad service from them. they are just want your money and nothing else.
