Waiting 3 weeks to get my scooter back

Good day,

I'd like to enquire how much longer my Capri will take. I dropped my white Capri off at your Hatfield branch, after 2-3 months of having it, when it was leaking grease from the front wheel.

I was told by Brendon that it was a factory mistake and they'll take care of it. It's been three weeks now, twice checking up how far things are, and I haven't heard of any progress.

When I purchased from Motomia, I specifically asked how available parts and these type of things are, so that it doesnt take too long to service the bikes or replace stuff (if it goes wrong.) I was told that MotoMia supplies really quickly, and it shouldn't be a problem.

Well, I've got a big problem, as I've had to wait 3 weeks, disrupt my personal and business schedules/life, just because of this. If this is how your service is, then I'd rather you refund me my money that I spent on this Capri, seeing that it is under warranty.
