Threats and harassment about non-existing Mr P acc

I keep on getting threatening and harassing text messages about non payment of a MR P account. I never ever had a Mr P account in my life. I have contacted MR P directly and even they don't know anything about it.

I have asked MBD to supply me with the contract where I signed for opening this account, but off course this proofed to be a futile exercise as no such contract existed in the first place. When asked for any other details about this so called Mr P account, no details were available.

I have received a sms from MBD this morning stating they have submitted notice of non-payment to XDS, a registered credit bureau.

I have reported this matter and MBD to the National Credit Regulator.

Please stop this harassment and threats immediately. If this continues or if I find anything related to this matter on my credit profile I will get my lawyer to sue MBD for defamation of character.
