Harassment for nonexistent account

Please stop harassing me for payment of a nonexistent Foschini account. I've received smses out of the blues for payment of an account that I do not have and notice have been submitted to XDS for non-payment. Is MDB a credit grantor? If I had a Foschini account, which I don't, shouldn't they be the one to submit notice for nonpayment to a credit bureau? If you do your job properly and check my credit record you will see that I don't have any such account!
