No reply after numerous phone calls and emails

I phoned last week allready to speak to Andri Muller but left messages and she did not phone me back. Yesterday also I phoned and she was off on Monday due to the fact to go to court and get her admin up to date. This morning I phoned then she was busy in a consultation and also left messages a few times with no luck. When I phoned now at 13h41 I was informed that she went out and will only be back at 14h00. I have been a member of LIPCO for a few years now, and this is the most unsatisfied service I have had in a LONG time. Could someone please contact me to help me with some queries I've got concerning my Case.
