MBDLC Harassment - Refuses to forward documents

I am not sick and tired of this company identifying themselves via sms messages as MBDLC; harassing me in connection with a so called Standard Bank account they claim I owe money to. I have now for the past 8 years of constant sms messages and phone calls informed them over and over that I do not have a Standard Bank Credit card account. In fact I have never in my life owned a credit card. I have asked them over and over again to email me the relevant documentation they claim they have to state their case.
Needless to say, to date I have not received a single document but the harassment continues on a weekly basis. I have now responded to their sms's but to no avail. I don't know if they are ignorant or just plain stupid to keep on ignoring my request for documentation but they keep on and on with their harassment. They are now even harassing my husband. I need this matter solved and quickly as well. I am now at the end of my tethers and are ready to hand them over for harassment if they continue to pursue this ridiculous ignorant way of dealing with matters. THIS HARASSMENT STOPS HERE AND NOW!!!
