Have been paying off my account for years!!!

After paying off my account for a few years now, the outstanding balance is still far bigger than the original amount, due to the high interest rate these people are charging! They can see that one is struggling to pay of their debt, but they just keep on adding interest. Come on people, you make enought money as it is.
