Backlisting without docs received

I received a sms from the above company yesterday informing me that I am being blacklisted. I called this morning to find that I have to pay an account that I have never received an invoice for. The lady read an address to me that I do not know & said they would continue blacklisting me if I do not pay the odd R700.00. This is ridiculous, how can I pay something I never received and on top of that find myself black listed at that? This company is not using the law, but abusing it at the highest level. I have no idea how they sleep at night. In these times very few people have almost R1000 to just pay over in a second and most of us live on a budget. I have no invoice number as reference to match to a payment I had already made to Netcare Blaauwberg which as far as I am concerned covered my visit to the hospital. The bottom line with this company is that they do not care, the worst reputation any company can have.
