Hi

I'm blacklisted for an account that I have paid by Netcare for 447.18. I have proof of payment for this account and the reference number is 1002216729. Everytime I call their numbers 011-4891420, nobody ever answers this phone and the other Netcare number 08606382278 nobody knows what I'm talking about yet my name is listed.
Can I please get this resolved and my name removed from ITC ASAP because I need to apply for other things.
