No respose to client calls

I am a client of Legalbest and its really unacceptable for me not to be able to get a hold of anyone at their offices in hatfield pretoria for two weeks hearing the answering machine. Not even receiving respose after emailing one of the consultants. How am I suppose to get a hold of anyone even in an emergency.
