Unjustified Blacklisting

Last year I joined a new company & because they did not make use of Discovery Medical Aid, I had to terminate my medical aid with Discovery. This was terminated on the 31 July 2013 by Discovery.

Then received a invoice from Discovery 31 July 2013 by Discovery. Then on the 21 August 2013 I receive an invoice from Discovery that I owe R748, with no real explanation as to what this is for.

I then received another invoice from Discovery on the 25 October 2013, now showing that I owe R1499.86.
I found it very strange that the amount is increasing when my medical aid was terminated in July 2013.
I then called and spoke to Divashni Naidoo from Discovery billing Services and later sent him 2 mails dated 24th and 27th October 2013, requesting clarity what is this I'm paying for since my medical aid is cancelled, to date no response was received.

Then in November 2013 I called in again and spoke to a male that advised that he would look into this and get back to me (This was recorded on Discovery's system), to date no response received.

Now I've tried applying for a home loan and find out that Discovery has blacklisted me for the above???

I will escalate to the highest authourity...
