Failure to provide invoice but threaten black list

I have received a number of SMS text messages from Lancet Advising that we have an account outstanding, I have asked that they email a copy of the outstanding invoice to both my husband and myself on three separate occasions. Lancet have failed to email the outstanding invoice but continue to threaten to hand us over or black list us for the outstanding account. I refuse to pay the outstanding amount without an invoice, but will gladly pay any amounts outstanding on presentation of an invoice. Both my husband and I have Lancet membership cards and therefore they have all our contact details including email, postal address and cell phone numbers/ office numbers. I find it poor that they merely SMS that we will be blacklisted for non payment when they have not had the courtesy of sending an invoice to either my husband or myself.
