Please get it into your thick skulls that I NEVER made any arrangement to pay VMM in any capacity WHATSOEVER. I keep having to regurgitate the same story to every at your call centre even after they have supposedly made 'notes' to this effect after each call.

So for the record, there are open queries on my COJ account relating to:
1. The City of Joburg's BREACH of an acknowledgement of debt contract which has since Aug 2010, resulted in the escalation of an 'outstanding' amount due to interest and attorney's fees. The City of Joburg conveniently closes the calls without resolution every couple of month and I have to re-log them.
2. A replacement water meter installed Nov 2012 was only added to my account in June 2013. ALL items on a the account were backdated an re-billed by 6 months, instead of just the water. (ie Rates, sewerage, refuge and bins). I have religiously been paying my CURRENT CHARGES on each month's account by the due date, so I am in effect being billed twice. Even worse, this months bill still has both meters on the account. I am no longer able to pay the current monthly charges as I have no idea what to pay anymore. Pls respond for a list of reference no.s
