Threating me, again

I will be brief in making this request, for the umpteenth time. Please check your records before making your senseless and wrongful threats?? I have been asking you for this for almost a year now. If your system is not working, don't make me part of your problems.

I got a message threatening me about a debit order that went throught on Saturday already. You were supposed to take the money on the 23rd of every month as arranged. So, what do you ase your threats on??

And, don't ask me to go to the bank for proof of payment. I don't have time to stand on the queue in the bank, that is why I gave you my bank details.
