Extremely bad service

I am a third party in an accident. The insured is with Absa iDirect who appear to use VFV Attorneys to handle their third party claims. I must constantly follow up and then no one at this Attorneys Firm can help me as Kamhelo is always away writing exams from Monday to Wednesday. Every Thursday I call and he says he will fax the release form on Friday morning by 11am. And then no fax arrives. After that the telephone just rings and rings - no answer. so the next week we start with the same story again. The short term insurance ombudsman cannot assist I am a third party. Absa iDirect and VFV Attorneys obviously know this and feel they can " play' the public.
