In May this year I wrote to this website complaining about the lack of response I was receiving from Absa IDirect over a 3rd Party claim I had lodged after one of their clients Bianca Waskow took a U-turn in front of me. Following my complaint Stephanie August of Absa got in touch with me and directed me to their 3rd party department and the nightmare has continued. I was put in touch with Christie Jonker from VFV Attorneys who is supposed to be handling my claim. Once again I am appalled by the horrendous service I have received in this regard. I have provided Ms Jonker with everything she has requested on numerous occasions and called her endlessly but to no avail. I have been given the reference number MAT36639. I called her last week and she asked for my witness's contacts which I gave her and she never called them. My witness's called her three times and left messages for her and she has never responded. I am still without a car as my vehicle damaged in my drive way since May. I am appalled at how I am being treated. Have decided to now report the matter to the insurance ombudsman and file a civil case against Ms Waskow. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated
