What I can do now, since prescription applies, is

1) Inform you that the debt has prescribed.

2) Inform you that i do not intend to sign anything or pay anything or acknowledge anything.

3) Inform you that if you issue summons, you must do so at my current address and i

will defend the summons based on a plea of prescription and ask for legal costs against you.

4) Also inform you that listing prescribed debt on a credit bureau is specifically prohibited by

the regulations to the National Credit Act and any attempt to list me will result in a

defamation of character claim against you.

SO PLEASE LET THIS BE THE END OR TAKE IT FURTHER..i have more important things to see to than
to be hounded by the likes of you.
