I just want to thank MBD for the RD on my account. I received no calls, no messages. You just assume that people get paid on the 13th. I would like to know when you guys at MBD received your salaries this December? And secondly I want the letter or the recording where my employer confirmed that my pay-date is on the 13th. From the looks of things I am not the only one. You have till Monday morning to provide me with the proof. Otherwise I will follow the necessary steps and lodge a complaint with the law society of South Africa. Even if it takes me months. It's about the principal now, not he bad credit rating and the bank fees. And if your call center was taking calls this report might have been avoided.
