Still no refund for poor quality flowers

I ordered Kenyan roses for my mum in law only to hear from her that they looked wilted, as if they had been sitting in a hot car for too long. I phoned Netflorist and requested a refund and ordered my mum in law orchids instead. I has now been almost 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund. I have been following up and keep being told that it takes 3 - 7 working days. It's now 2 weeks later. Terrible service.
