Avoid completely - they are a rip off

Ordered a "special" arrangement on the birth of my nephew on 15 February for R560 and what was delivered was the equivalent of a R70 bunch you can buy at the supermarket.
On querying it, I was told by Christopher one of the call agents that I was "caught" with Valentine's day prices and the value is actually half the price. They do not feel they need to correct this mistake, and it is just bad luck.
More than bad luck, it is embarrassing as you look cheap to your recipient and that you do not care.
Spare yourself the disappointment and AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
