Extremely poor service and feedback

I placed an order on 1 August. The expected date of delivery was 15 August.By this date, I received no delivery and no feedback with regard to the delay.

On 20 August, I received a call from the courier stating that they could not find the delivery address. The delivery address was completely wrong compared to the one detailed on the order. I am not associated with the address in any way. I gave the courier the correct address on the telephone and then received no delivery. I then emailed [URL Removed] on this day and received a response that there was a mix up with the address. I received an apology, which I accepted, and was promised that delivery would be made by 21 August at 2pm which did not arrive. I then received a call on 22 August to apologise for the additional delay. I decided to once again be patient and accept this apology. The representative then promised to deliver my order by 23 August at 1pm. I did not receive the order by this time and will be accepting the order.

I feel that I have been more than patient in the face of extremely poor service. I want a refund into my bank account, not my Kalahari account, as I will not longer be dealing with your business.
