Complete lack of customer service

On the 29th of January 2013 I placed on order of flowers for delivery on Valentine's day (14 February 2013). This was done knowing that the 14th would be a busy day and therefore thinking that ordering early would ensure delivery on the day with no issues.

Come the 14th of February, no delivery arrives. Phone calls to NetFlorist go unanswered and then the line stops working all together. Before the line dies, they have this pointless message stating that they are very sorry for any issues and will be delivering into the night and the next day (15th February - no longer Valentine's day) if necessary. Who wants Valentine's flowers the next day!?!?!?

As their phone was not working, I emailed them and told them their service was completely unacceptable. I received a reply to this email apologising for the inconvenience and assuring me that my delivery would be made "first thing tomorrow morning".

By 9am on the 15th, there is still no delivery, so I phoned the call centre. Here I am told that my delivery has not yet been placed on a truck and will only be sent this afternoon. I am now awaiting a reply to a second email where I have asked for a senior consultant to contact me.
