DELIVERY CIRCUS - NET FLORIST AND [URL Removed]

I'm a new consumer on [URL Removed] My order which was placed 3 days ago was broken into 2 parcels, 1 to be delivered within 1 working day and the other to be delivered on 13/02/2013.
On the date of delivery for the 2nd parcel, I contacted the [URL Removed] customer service to query on when to expect the delivery as the day was almost over and I was going to leave the office in an hour. I get notified that this delivery is handled by NET FLORIST - and there is some delay, and my parcel will be delivered any time now. After an hour, I call the call centre again, only to find that NET FLORIST have further delays and will deliver after working hours, to which I advised that the office will be closed, so they should deliver first thing in the morning. After 3 calls this morning to the [URL Removed] nobody seems to be able to even track my parcel, The number provided for NET FLORIST is pathethic, nobody answers the phones there
[URL Removed] did not mention any detail online or via the email payment confirmation that the seller of my parcel is NET FLORIST. I requested the parcel be delivered on the 13/02/13. I find this extremely unprofessional and disgusting service from both companies
