I have had a mistake with every single order I have made with Netflorist. One time, they delivered on the wrong day. Another time, to the wrong address. On Valentines Day 2012, they didn't deliver my gift to me - and then failed to deliver when they said that they would.
I always say I won't use them again, and then I do, so to be honest this is probably my own fault.
I am just so disappointed, because I yet again gave them a chance today - and what did they do? They messed it up! They haven't even bothered to respond to me with WHAT the problem is. It makes me sick. Netflorist takes your money and doesn't provide the service. Never again, I've been burned too many times.
