I have booked a simple flower delivery to my girlfriend for Valentine's day. I booked and paid for the delivery well before the delivery date and, without even contacting me in any shape or form, they just neglected the delivery. This is unacceptable in every degree! They are lazy and unprofessional! I have never seen or heard of such a thing in my entire life. Pathetic business they are running there! I want my money back AND the delivery made!
