Gridhost deleted my website!!

Gridhost deleted my website and I have called and sent a email about 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done! This is completely unsatisfactory work.

I have taken a back up but since it was a wordpress site the database is gone.

Very unhappy because even tho I have restored the website the database is still gone!

The website is now not operational! Please help
