This is not happening???

I ordered my gift to be delivered on the 14th before 5 as my partner is leaving on a flight tonight for work for a whole week.. They have not delivered anything and now he will be leaving without a gift and will think I didnt get him anything... This is the worse Valentines ever as he will not be here and his gift will also not be with him...
