Shocking Service on Valentine .. No Delivery!!!

Netflorist has been a referred supplier and trusted service providers for years.. No i decided to place 2 orders with them for and paid with my credit card, called them numerous times today and got told its on the way. Guese what!!. i am still at the office with my partner and nothing has arrived.. i look as if i forgot this day and i am so upset with you people... How can you spoil such a day for lots of people?...now i understand what they talk about Class action suit!!!...delivery for tomorrow is not optional.. When we order our corporate account Naspers i never get this BAD SERVICE.. why are you treating such clients like!!
