I never get assistance in any way shape or form

3 times now i have tried speaking to an online consultant and every time now i sit and wait and wait and wait only for the online help to go offline moments later. I really dont want to have to call in but seems im going to have to. Whats the point of marketing the feature if it does not work or no one cares. Im trying to build a store on your website and hope to one day grow to be a featured store... but its difficult if no one wants to help me put!
