On the 26th April 2013, a purchase was made for me on the Multiply Online Store for a Garmin Nuvi 2595. Delivery is said to take about 7 working days. this time lapses and i dont have my Garmin. i wait a further 4 days and still nothing. i make my first call to the Multiply customer care service. The call centre agent say that i should email the online store as they dont have a contact number, i did this on 8 May 2013. up until today, 16 May 2013, i have had no reply to my email. now getting very impatient i call the multiply customer care again on monday 13/05/2013, again stating my case. i am told that they will make enquires and get back to me. come tuesday, no resopnse so i call again. i am told that the enquiry was sent out and that they have no response, so i need to wait until they hear from the relevant party. wednesday, no response, i call yet again, no answers, today i call and finally i get a response. i am told that Garmin has informed them that they are out of stock and that i need to wait a further 1-2 weeks before is receive it or i can cancel my order. the quailty of custoner care is quite pathertic. i am appauled at how this store operates.
