I have made use of the new online shopping experience from MRP on 28 Nov - reference 10650890989
My first order was automatically cancelled after 48 hours as I did not go to my nearest MRP store to pay for the order. Reason was that I was waiting for the online support desk to provide me with answers to questions I've had on their delivery method.
I then placed a second order on 1 Dec - reference 10651126351 and went to Tygervalley MRP to pay for it on 3 Dec. At this store I was told they don't know how the online orders work and I cannot pay for it in their store.
I then drove all the way to MRP Bayside Table View and tried to pay for my order there. At this shop they also did not know how the online orders work and said I cannot pay for it there, but they will order the 4 chairs for me. The 2 shop assistance told me that they don't see these chairs on their computers, but will phone other stores to see if they have stock. I offered to wait while they call, but they told me they will do it later and phone me back. I never received a call from them.
I have phoned the customer care line numerous times without any result. I logged a complaint via email but still no response.
