Not getting help in a proffessional manne

After trying to get online assistance from woolies about my old accont that i am trying to settle I finally decided to go instore and hope that i would be taken seriously. I went to Carlton centre but they were unfortunatley offline. When telling the guy that tried to help me at first (Levi) he suggested to call his manager. His manager told me that there is nothing she can do and said i should wait because she doesnt know when they will be online again and said it could it take 2 hours. What upset me is that i have been trying to get assistance and her solution was that I just wait for 2 hours, not having a care in the world. I have recieved some numbers to call but they all direct me back to woolies. So Im stuck in this situation and I cant seem to get assistance. I of course couldnt wait for 2 hrs, who would? The lady could have been more proffesional by taking down my number and make a follow up. That would at least keep me at ease knowing that someone is willing to help.
