Serious Problems with Online Store

Online stores are supposed to increase efficiency but this experience has been the opposite. It is my wedding coming up and I have desperately been looking for gold pumps for my flower girls. I found two (different) ones online on your store on Thursday and bought them (on in size 3 and the other in size 13). I was called on Sunday afternoon by a woman who mumbled and had such a strong accent I could not understand to say they did not have stock (in either of the shoes / sizes!!). This is unacceptable!
1. Your online store should be LIVE and UPDATED - You SHOULD NOT / NEVER make customers pay for items for which there is no stock. If there is no stock, this should reflect on the website (it should not just show the whole catalogue)
2. You do not have a variety of payment methods so I have to now wait and see that I am refunded
3. I know that SA customers are not as online savvy as other countries, BUT YOUR SITE IS THE REASON WHY - you have made what was supposed to be easy for me, significantly more difficult.
4. I shop online often and have found that Mr Price online store is brilliant. Take a leaf out of their book. It is simply unacceptable to not have stock available - UPDATE
