Purchases are declined and after phoning RCS services, I have been informed that they are off line, but the assistant ensured me with a specific time that they will be back online in about 35min, this was at 13:17. waiting 30min, I decided to phone them again before attempting to stand in a queue wait to get to the front and then to stand there embarrassed as the card keeps being declined after ensuring the sales lady that it should work.
phoned RCS again, and again I am told to wait for about half an hour this time. raising my concern with the RCS agent that I am on a limited lunch period, to which it is said that they don't know when the system will be online again.
a notification from RCS would firstly saved me the trip to the store and wasting my time, and a definite "we don't know when we will be online again" instead of "wait 35min" would of saved me the trouble of standing around for nothing.
