Very bad management of accounts

I have been a client of Synergy Hosting for 6 years. When I signed up, I supplied a credit card for the monthly billing. From time to time the credit card would expire, the accounts department would mail me to change my card details.
Last month, I had on my card and had to get a new card.
I had realised that this would mean that the card would now fail for Synergy and went to their web site to try to change these details, but there is no link to the accounts department and no place to update my details. I also do not keep years of history to find the last person that contacted me.
I then had no choice but to wait for them to contact me. This happened and they then also said that they would charge me an extra R50 for a returned payment. I complained and they said that I should have told them. I asked how and they said "I realise that this could be difficult, but you should have". After some mail, I paid the extra R50.
So I decided, since they are unable to manage with cards, I will just pay them directly every month.
Well, now this is also not good enough and they are going to suspend my account. I just do not know how to do business in these conditions.
