Still no refund

I bought a voucher the 1st week of February but chose the incorrect one, i requested a refund which they said will take 7-10 working days, i still haven't received it. I emailed them and the response was that they are experiencing a BACKLOG and they would try to do their best to process it as soon as possible. No date as to when. I replied that its unacceptable - then I get an email that should have been emailed to a 'Natasha' at city slickers but was sent to me to please process my refund urgently. Which means that they haven't even bothered to do the refund in the first place!!! Its the end of February and not one of these people have the decency to even call and apologise and you have to just understand that they are experiencing a backlog. Unacceptable
