WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GOODS AND REFUND???

I've ordered a mp3 player (09.01.2013). Had trouble with payment due to a system error and based on advice from Cityslicker, I've ended up with 3 orders instead of 1.They agreed to refund me for 2.Up to date I've not received the mp3 player, neither the refund although I have been told:

09.01.2013:Your order will be packed and shipped within 5 business days after the deal closes (14.01.2013), allow 14-21 days for delivery. Delivery will be via courier. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking no only received 01.02.2013.Order being processed in Jhb - STILL???

15.01.2013:This email serves as confirmation that your refund has been received. Please allow 3-10 working days to be processed successfully.

30.01.2013: Apologies for the delay in the refund process from our side. Our finance team has been experiencing some technical difficulties which has resulted in a major backlog. All refunds outstanding will definitely be completed before the end of this week. Apologies for the inconvenience experienced.

I've noticed similar complaints on this website. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Awaiting URGENT feedback re delivery and refund!!!
