WEEKS FOR REFUND! Won't use City Slickers again!

I booked for a Gourmet picnic special at Warwick Wine Estate through City Slickers. A few days following my payment I had still not received a voucher, I then get an email stating the following: 'We regret to inform you that due to the limited quantity on the deal purchased... a refund will have to be processed as the vouchers have sold out sooner than expected.' Unimpressed I replied immediatey with my bank details for a refund. It is nearly 3 weeks later and I still have no refund. I received one reply saying 'it will be processed THIS week', that was January 15th! Following more emails to them asking about the refund I received one other reply saying 'refunds will be processed from the 25th of this month'. UNACCEPTABLE! Quick to take your money but won't refund. I am still waiting on refund despite emails to them every day! I have vowed never to purchase through City Slickers again and many of my friends have vowed the same. WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED? I have read similar complaints on here and I am aware of the standard lame response to everyones complaints. Try addressing each issue please and this time, try stick to your word! Waiting UNpatiently.
