I purchased 2 vouchers on City Slicker in November. When I was ready to redeem it at the place, I was informed that the business had closed down and that I should contact City Slicker for a full refund. On 10 January 2014, I emailed them to request a refund for the 2 vouchers. I received an automatic response saying they received it & would refund me in 5 to 10 days. After 6 days I checked to see if all on track for refund. They replied to say it's in line for processing & to allow an extra 5 days as they have a back log. Today I checked again on the refund and now got a reply to say their accounts department said they are only refunding after 25 January. I think their service is disgusting & feel I have been to about the refund & their process. They don't warn you about their refund process on any of the terms & conditions before you buy. I would like to know now why all of a sudden they are only informed refunds are only taking place from tomorrow. And am I now supposed to wait another 5 to 10 days for the refund to get my own money back. It's not my problem the business closed down - they have had my money since Novembe
