I have been trying for almost a month to get my refund out of CitySlicker after being told 'allow 3-7 working days to be processed'

14th Feb response:
Apologies in the delay in response from our side. Our finance team has a bit of a backlog with refunds processing which has resulted in the delay. We have however been advised that all outstanding refunds should be completed by tomorrow.

23rd Feb response:
Apologies for the delay in the refund process from our side. Our finance team has been experiencing some technical difficulties which has resulted in a major backlog. All refunds outstanding will definitely be completed before the end of this week.

Apologies for the inconvenience experienced.

And I see they seem to be responding with the same statement on this website. This has been going on since the 3rd of Jan. I want to know when this refund will show and do not say at the end of the week again. Have the decency to actually look into the matter.
