Poor service

We ordered and paid for barstools on 1st Dec last year. Initial delivery was a few weeks which we decided to accept but then this turned into a month due to "supplier problems".

Next we are told delivery will be in February! So we said we want to cancel as there's no guarantee of this delivery. And now refund, which was promised last week, still hasn't been paid into account.

Terrible service - this company will go down if they dont sort this kind of thing out. People are wary of internet-only companies and 5Rooms doesnt help this.
