Goods not recieved

I placed an order for a Dunlop squash racquet on 10 December 2013. It's now over a month later and the item still hasn't been delivered.

I had ordered the racquet as a Christmas present for my husband, who now, on the 22nd of January, still hasn't received it!

Towards the end of December, I was warned by Cityslicker that there had been a delay but that I could expect delivery during the week of 6 January 2014. I'm still waiting. I contacted Cityslicker last week to follow up and was told that delivery would happen before 21 January. I'm still waiting.

Needless to say, I will not be using this supplier again. Happy to take my money, not so happy to deliver good service.
