As a seller we send out orders as per our shipping terms which I include here:

". Due to the amount of orders I receive I ship between 5-7 days after payment confirmation (excludes Weekends).. 2. Payment needs to reflect in my account before I ship"

We receive numerous emails from your sales consultant which has NO manners and a very bad attitude.

A buyer purchases a item on the 10th, and we inform him about the shipping terms which I copied above. So we are inline with our shipping terms and CPA. My assistant phones the consultant to ask why the threats sent to close our account as our shipping terms are clearly stated on the site. She replies with a disgusting attitude and informs us that she will close and delete the account.

Is this the way bidorbuy treats their sellers who spend over R500k in listing fees and sucess fees and the terms of sale is accepted by the buyer as per the legal binding contract?

Your consultant then has the cheek to ask where we purchase our stock fro, in my opinion this has absolutely nothing to do with her.
