No Delivery, ordered 6th December for Christmas

I ordered a christmas gift for my brother on the 6th of December, thinking that it would arrive before the 25th, seeing that I went overseas and wanted to surprise my brother. I have yet to receive this package. I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls, and still I haven't received my parcel. The feedback from the emails and phone calls are that they will find out and let me know, when? because they still haven't let me know??? There is so many nice things i want to purchase, but I just don't want to, because clearly there is no delivery. They got their money the day I placed my order but its been 4 months and I haven't received my parcel. What type of service is this? The last time I called the call centre I told them I want an answer on that day, because this is unacceptable and they promised to get back to me, still waiting. I am very unhappy with Rubybox.
