Over 2 weeks late with delivery&still not received

I placed an order on 19 November (order 100014233), and it is now the 2nd December and I have not received delivery of my order. That's not all. When I sent an email querying where my order was last week, I got no response. This is appalling service. It is my first time ordering with Rubybox and will probably be my last!
