Got my order completely wrong

I refer to order #100017094, which arrived very late might I add. Rubybox got my order completely wrong! I ordered a Rimmel lipgloss in red, and I got sent a light pink one. Send me the correct lipgloss please or issue me with a refund.

Secondly, i ordered TWO Organic Goji wipes and I only got sent one! Send me the other one I paid for.

Thirdly, I did not receive the free gift I was supposed to receive - refer to my order.

Your warehouse is becoming increasingly careless and dare I say, incompetent.

Please resolve ASAP.
